Agile PLM has buily in Quality Management Module. Its has OOTB workflows for creating Audits,Corrective and Preventive Actions(CAPA).Also it is possible to track Quality problems specfic to a Product.
Further through Analytics module of Agile lot more complex analysis can be done on Quality front

I think the acquisition of Relex by PTC would be a very good strategic move to enhance their market reach for complete PLM Solution . Because Relex is a leading point solution provider in Quality area like DFMEA & PFMEA and also reliability solution . Once integrated with PLM solution like Windchill it would really add a great value to customers.

Greg,
Thank you for your comment about PTC and Relex. I am aware of Relex but don't know the solution in-depth. Relex takes a different approach to quality from the little that I know. Sounds like I need to set up a briefing to learn more. In the meantime, feel free to share your experience if you like.
Best,
Jim

Quality & Reliability Management is certainly a good fit for PLM, hence PTC's acquisition of Relex earlier this year...
