		<description>Nice post! I agree – PLM is such an important part of managing compliance, but you have to have further communications in place that ensure the testing is being done properly. I’d be really interested to hear from manufacturers that are dealing with the new CPSIA regulations – how well are they managing the new testing and documentation requirements? My company just published a white paper that details why not only PLM, but entire global sourcing enterprise solutions are needed to efficiently manage compliance processes, especially with the CPSIA now taking legal effect this February. http://whitepapers.technologyevaluation.com/register.asp?id=15018
