The World Health Organization explains that “Technology transfer can be considered successful if there is documented evidence that the RU (receiving unit) can routinely reproduce the transferred product, process, or method against a predefined set of specifications as agreed with the SU (sending unit).” That may be true, but is that enough to define success from a business perspective?
